Mojo Backpacks guarantees a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product, without charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear and tear.

SHIPPING

When will my product ship?
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours. Once an order has been processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 P.M. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. You can also log in to your account and track your shippments online.
Am I eligible to receive free shipping?
Free shipping is provided by UPS ground to the Continental United States.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing?
Yes you may. You will be prompted at checkout to enter both a billing and shipping address if they are different.
If I'm shipping outside of the US, am I subject to duties and VAT?
Yes. All international orders are subject to duties and value added taxes in accordance to the destination country's duties and VAT rates which are to be 100% assumed by the purchaser. For a full list of duties and VAT, please visit The United States Council for International Business.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return a product?
Mojo™ stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other additional charges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

Items must be returned new, unused, and with all Mojo™ tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be sent back to the customer.
How do I create my return merchandise authorization form (RMA)?
To create a RMA please log into your account and click RMA on the "My Account" menu at the left. You will be promted from there to pick which products you wish to return/exchange
How is my return processed?
Once we have received your return, please allow up to one week for us to issue the exchange or refunding your credit card. Your credit card will be refunded when all products have been determined to be in their original condition. In the event of an exchange, if your desired replacement is not in stock, we will offer you a refund. Please allow one billing cycle for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Any difference incurred in an exchange — whether a credit or an amount due — will be placed on the credit card used to pay for the original purchase. All refunds will also be credited to the card used for the original purchase.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover and PayPal. Please note that the billing party on your credit card statement will appear as Fashion Accessory Bazar. If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.
How do I view my order?
You can easily check the status of your order anytime day or night by clicking on the My Account link at the top of this website. Log in to your account using the e-mail address and password you provided when you placed your order. From here, you can check the status of a current order, receive tracking information, and view your order history.
