Mojo bags are warrantied to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a material or manufacturing defect under normal recreational use, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

ShippingOrders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours. Once an order has been processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 11:00 P.M. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Returns & ExchangesMojoTM stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other additional charges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all MojoTM tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be sent back to the customer.
